Our menu features delicious vegetarian and vegan options crafted fresh each morning! From vegan Biscuits and Gravy (our house specialty) to veggie benedicts, chilaquiles, and pastries, we never serve a boring vegan meal!
The Owners:
Connie and Rodney are both registered nurses with 57 combined years of experience. Rodney grew up in Ohio. He has spent over 20 years as a travel nurse, living in 20 different states during his career. He settled in Wisconsin 9 years ago and has been working as an RN in Madison ever since. Rodney enjoys meeting the variety of people who choose to stay with us, providing a fun and relaxing destination for fellow travelers.
Connie grew up in Illinois but has been in Wisconsin for over 30 years, and believes that the Baraboo area is the prettiest part of the Midwest. Connie's favorite part of Bed and Breakfast ownership is having return guests- and considers it the highest compliment a guest can give.
Katie has been working in the food and wine industry since 2011, and is excited to bring her years of experience to the table-- literally! She has been plant-based since 2014.
